Alloyer CNC Machining Production Process

Understanding the manufacturing workflow helps you plan your project timelines and ensures your parts meet every specification upon arrival.

1. Digital Handover

Upload your STEP files. Our system performs initial geometry analysis, checking for thin walls, deep pockets, and tight tolerances.

2. Engineer DFM Review

Every quote is reviewed by a human engineer. We check for manufacturability and suggest cost-saving changes before you pay.

3. Cam Programming

Engineers create toolpaths (G-code) using Mastercam or Fusion 360, selecting the optimal tool sequences for speed and finish.

4. Machine Setup

Material stock is loaded, tools are measured, and the machine coordinate system is zeroed. Setup is the most critical phase for accuracy.

5. CNC Machining

The part is cut on 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis mills. We use high-precision Haas and Brother machines for +/- 0.01mm reliability.

6. Post-Processing

Parts are deburred, cleaned, and sent for surface finishing (anodizing, sandblasting, etc.) as specified in your order.

7. Quality Control

Every order undergoes dimensional inspection using CMM, digital calipers, and thread gauges. Full QC reports are available on request.

8. Global Logistics

Parts are packed securely and shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking and customs documentation provided.
