CNC Machining Surface Finishes

From functional coatings to aesthetic colors, finishing protects your parts and determines their final look and feel.

As-Machined

Standard finish with visible tool marks (Ra 3.2μm typical). Functional and cost-effective.

Sandblasting / Bead Blasting

Matt, non-reflective finish that hides tool marks. Often used as pre-treatment for anodizing.

Anodizing (Type II / III)

Corrosion resistance and aesthetic colors for aluminum. Type III (Hardcoat) for wear resistance.

Powder Coating

Thick, durable, and colorful plastic coating. Excellent for impact resistance.

Note: Anodizing adds a thin layer (Type II: 5-25μm). For tight-tolerance bores, specify "Masking Required" on your technical drawing.
