What is the standard lead time?
Our standard lead time for prototyping is 5–12 business days depending on finishing. Expedited options are available.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer STEP (.stp, .step) or IGES (.igs, .iges). We also accept SLDPRT, IPT, and X_T. Always include a PDF drawing for tolerances and threading.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no MOQ. We can manufacture a single prototype or 10,000 production parts.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. You can upload your NDA to our secure platform or request our standard agreement.
