Full Material Traceability

Every order includes material certifications (MTRs) upon request. We verify chemical composition and mechanical properties before production begins.

Our QC Workflow

1. In-Process Inspection

Operators perform first-article inspections at the machine to verify setup accuracy before proceeding with the full batch.

2. Dimensional Verification

Final parts are measured using calibrated digital calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines).

3. Surface Finish & Visual Audit

We inspect for Ra roughness compliance, coating thickness (anodizing), and visual defects like scratches or tool chatter.
